These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website cs-charts.com (the "Service") operated by Albin Krenz, Am Markt 22, 14542 Werder (Havel), Germany ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between us and consumers ("you", "user") via the Service. A consumer within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
The Service consists of (a) free, publicly accessible chart data and search functions for in-game items from the game Counter-Strike 2 ("CS2") and (b) optional paid premium features available through a subscription (the "Premium Subscription").
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your country of residence, to register an account or purchase a Premium Subscription. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
The chart data, item search and basic chart features on cs-charts.com are free of charge and accessible without registration. We may change, restrict or discontinue any free feature at any time without notice.
Some features (including the watchlist) require a free user account. Registration is performed via email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used for abusive, fraudulent or illegal activity, or that compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
5.1 Features. The Premium Subscription currently includes an extended watchlist with a higher item capacity. Additional features may be added over time. The current scope of features is always the one displayed on the Service at the time of purchase.
5.2 Price. The Premium Subscription costs EUR 2.99 per month, including any applicable VAT. Prices are displayed on the Service and confirmed during the checkout process.
5.3 Term and renewal. The subscription has a term of one (1) month and renews automatically for further one-month periods unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
5.4 Cancellation. You can cancel your subscription at any time, with effect at the end of the current billing period, via the cancellation button in your account settings (in accordance with § 312k BGB) or by sending an email to info@cs-charts.com. After cancellation you retain access to the Premium features until the end of the period already paid for.
5.5 No refunds. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. The subscription simply ends at the conclusion of the billing period for which it was last paid. This does not affect your statutory rights, in particular in the event of defects.
5.6 Price changes. We may adjust the subscription price for future billing periods. We will notify you by email at least thirty (30) days before any price change takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect; otherwise the new price applies from the next billing period.
All payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We do not store your full payment card data. By submitting payment information you also accept Stripe's terms and privacy policy. Further information on payment-related data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.
The presentation of the Premium Subscription on the Service does not constitute a binding offer. By clicking the order button labelled "Zahlungspflichtig bestellen" (or an equivalent unambiguous label), you submit a binding offer to purchase the subscription. We accept your offer by sending you an order confirmation by email or by activating the Premium features, whichever occurs first. The contract language is English.
As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. The full withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form are provided to you separately before you place your order and again with the order confirmation.
The right of withdrawal expires early in the case of contracts for the supply of digital services if we have begun providing the service after you have (a) expressly consented to performance starting before the end of the withdrawal period and (b) confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance (§ 356 (5) BGB). You provide both declarations by ticking the corresponding checkbox during the order process. If you do not provide this consent, the Premium features will be activated only after expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period.
We do not guarantee any specific level of availability, uptime or response time for the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages (including issues with our hosting provider, our home-based server infrastructure, or upstream marketplace APIs), or events beyond our reasonable control. Temporary unavailability does not entitle you to a refund or extension of your subscription period.
All market and price data displayed on the Service is sourced from third-party marketplace APIs. We do not generate, verify or audit this data. Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. The relevant marketplace remains solely responsible for its data and for any transactions concluded on its platform.
The information provided on the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, financial, trading or any other form of advice. CS2 in-game items are virtual goods and their market prices can be highly volatile. Any decision to buy, sell, hold or trade such items is made solely at your own risk. You should not rely on the Service as the basis for any transaction.
You agree not to:
The Service, including its design, code, text and graphics, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Charting functionality is provided by TradingView's Advanced Charts library, which remains the property of its respective owners. CS2, in-game items and related trademarks are the property of Valve Corporation. We claim no affiliation with or endorsement by Valve, TradingView, or any third-party marketplace.
We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health caused by our intentional or negligent breach of duty, as well as for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
For damages caused by simple negligence, we are liable only in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (i.e. an obligation whose fulfilment is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance you may regularly rely). In such cases, our liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
We are not liable for damages resulting from inaccurate, delayed or unavailable third-party data, from temporary unavailability of the Service, or from decisions made by you on the basis of information displayed on the Service. Mandatory statutory liability, including under the German Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
We may amend these Terms where necessary to reflect changes in our Service, in applicable law, or for other valid reasons. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
Information on how we process personal data is set out in our separate Privacy Policy.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in another EU Member State, you additionally enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic intent of the invalid one.
